At Shaping Lounge, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. To ensure your order reaches you safely and quickly, we have streamlined our shipping process across India.

1. Order Confirmation & Verification

To prevent fraudulent orders and ensure delivery success:

Prepaid Orders: Processed instantly for priority shipping.

COD Orders: All Cash on Delivery orders require a WhatsApp or Telephonic verification. Our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Unverified COD orders will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours.

2. Processing & Shipping Timelines

We partner with premium couriers (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees) to ensure reliability.

Processing Time: 1–2 business days.

Transit Time: 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Total Delivery Time: Usually 5–7 business days from the date of order.

3. Shipping Charges & COD Fees

We encourage digital payments to ensure a contactless and 100% guaranteed delivery.

Prepaid Orders (UPI/Cards): FREE Shipping nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A non-refundable ₹99 Convenience Fee applies.

4. Tracking Your Silhouette

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and WhatsApp. You can monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please ensure your mobile number is reachable for the delivery agent.

5. Important: Delivery Terms (Anti-Return Policy)

To minimize delivery failures and keep our prices low for you:

Address Accuracy: Please provide a complete address with a Landmark and a valid Pin Code. We cannot redirect packages once shipped.

OTP Verification: Most of our courier partners require a mobile OTP at the time of delivery. Please have your phone ready.

No Open Deliveries: As per courier company policies, packages cannot be opened before payment. If there is any issue with the product inside, please record an Unboxing Video and contact our support.

Re-delivery: Our partners attempt delivery 3 times. If the package is rejected or the customer is unavailable after 3 attempts, the order will be cancelled.

6. Multiple Shipments

If you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages from different fulfillment centers. You will receive separate tracking details for each, and no additional shipping fees will be charged.
